Sending Eboosts

  1. You may wish to send a client an eBoost which is an e-gift card from one of our approved vendors.
  2. You may only send one eBoost at a time.
  3. Go to the Client page from the dashboard via the Navigation bar.
  4. Once you have found the client on the Client’s page, open their client record by clicking on their name. 
  5. Click the green button on the upper right-hand corner “Send eBoost.”
  6. The vendor and the amount that is highlighted is the amount that is set as a default.
  7. To change vendor/amount, click on the vendor box you want to use and then select the appropriate amount for the eBoost.
  8. If it is correct, click “Send eBoost.”
  9. **All eBoosts are sent via text message except Visa. Visa e-gift cards are sent via email ONLY. The recipient must enter a mailing address in order to redeem the card. No mail will be sent to the address.
