Sending A Group Message aka Campaign

  1. Click orange “Create Campaign” button on the top right of all pages
  2. Step 1: Select Recipients
  3. Under “Select Group” drop-down menu, select your group for the message. Here you can choose one group or multiple groups.
  4. You can remove people from the message by clicking on the group name and click the ‘trash can” icon by the individuals name you want removed from this message. (This only removes them from this group message, not from the actual group).
  5. Step 2: Compose your message.
  6. You can either select a template or compose text in each of the three tabs and/or cut and paste the text from one tab into another: “Compose Text,” “Compose Email” and “Compose Voice.” (you can use text to speech or you can record your own voice message by clicking on use audio file and then record your message)
  7. CareerHub can send and receive messages in all languages including logographic languages and languages with accents.
  8. You can also click “Schedule Delivery” if you would like to send the message at a later date or time.
  9. Step 3: Confirm and Send - click the green continue box
  10. A confirmation box will appear letting you what you have chosen to do, if this is correct, click send. If you want to change, exit out of the box and go back to “compose message”
