Outgoing Message-Alert Types

  1. Queued: The message is in line to be sent. CareerHub can send 1 text per second. Large messages over 150 recipients or with an attachment may time-out and say queued.
  2. Sent: The message was successfully sent but CareerHub was unable to confirm delivery. The client’s phone may be off or out of range.
  3. Delivered: The message was successfully delivered to the client’s phone.
  4. Undelivered: The message was not delivered to the client’s phone. The number may no longer be active.
  5. Error: You tried to send a text message where there is no phone number in CareerHub, the phone is a landline, the phone isn’t active or the client blocked your messages.
